Each Assistent Original® AKM6230 standard package includes accessories to make cooking easier and provide invaluable help when baking everything from sponge cakes to sourdough loaves. This is the latest model of the classic Assistent Original， with several new clever functions and improvements.

Thanks to its strong motor， you can mix even heavier doughs with ease. Assistent Original® also has motor feedback， meaning that the machine itself can regulate its speed depending on the load. Its unique gear unit allows the machine to be both powerful and quiet.

A huge 7 litre bowl makes this the ideal machine for making large batches of dough. It can mix 1.5 L of dough liquid and 5 kg of dough without a problem.

Assistent Original® has an attractive and sleek design， low noise levels， and sits firmly on your worktop. Assistent Original® 6230 includes a 7 L stainless bowl， dough roller， dough knife， spatula， dough hook and proving lid. A 3.5 L whisking bowl in Tritan plastic for best results， balloon whisks and shortcrust dough hooks. Handle and control knobs in chrome-plated zinc. And also a Ankarsrum Recipe book.

This is the follow-up to the classic Assistent that was previously manufactured by Electrolux. Available in a variety of colours.

• Powerful and quiet 600 watt motor features self adjusting speed control. Includes 12 minute timer and bowl speed control (adjusts from 45 to 130 rpm.)
• Unique engineering puts the motor in the bottom of the unit. A movable steel arm holds the roller with a separate scraper that simultaneously rolls and kneads dough and batter.
• Mixer may be turned on its side to accommodate a variety of attachments purchased separately. These include a meat grinder， vegetable slicer， blender， citrus press， strainer， grater， pasta discs， flake and grain mills and cookie press.
• Large plastic beater bowl whisks meringue， creams butter and icing and holds up to 18 egg whites.
