The October Magic Dawn Camellia is part of the Southern Living Plant Collection. It blooms in Fall producing large pink rose-form flowers. Dawn has a compact upright growth habit making it ideal as a specimen plant or intermediate hedge. When planting this shrub， dig the hole twice as wide as the pot and mix rich garden soil in with your native soil， then leave the top of the root ball 1/2 inch above the ground level when filling the hole with soil. Use a slow release granular fertilizer in Spring. Not guaranteed to be in bloom on arrival.
