Angled two-sided blade aligns tubing for a clean， square cut resulting in no jagged edges or crushing of tubing. To use cutter and punch features: 1 squeeze the two non-cutting ends together 2 place tubing in appropriate opening 3 squeeze/apply pressure to the cutting/punch end.
